About The Code Deck

Built for engineers,
not recruiters.

The problem we're solving

Most job boards are pay-to-play. The roles you see are the ones companies have paid to promote — not necessarily the best ones. Search results are cluttered with agency reposts, expired listings, and irrelevant roles from companies gaming the algorithm.

At the same time, open roles are scattered across hundreds of company career pages. Finding a comprehensive, up-to-date list of Computer Science positions across Stripe, Anthropic, Cloudflare, and 150 other companies requires visiting dozens of websites every day.

The Code Deck solves both problems. We aggregate Computer Science roles globally — no paid placements, no intermediaries. Every link takes you straight to the company's application page.

How we work

The Code Deck indexes Computer Science roles every 12 hours. Each listing is processed to remove non-Computer Science roles (sales, finance, HR) and deduplicated across sources — so what you see is clean signal, not noise.

Listings are validated continuously. If a role is filled or removed by the company, it's expired from The Code Deck within 24 hours. No stale data, no ghost listings.

We cover roles across the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and Latin America — covering companies including Stripe, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Databricks, GitLab, Monzo, and 140+ others.
