Solarians are ready to advance our world-class solutions in a fast-paced environment and accept the challenge to lead with purpose. If you’re looking to build your career with an exceptional team, you’ve come to the right place. Join SolarWinds and grow with us!

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy for how SolarWinds defines, measures, and communicates the reliability and operational health of customer systems.

In this role, you’ll shape the product vision for platform capabilities such as intelligent event management, health scoring, anomaly detection, and SLO/SLI experiences. You’ll help customers move from reactive monitoring to proactive incident prevention by turning observability data into clear, actionable insights.

This is a highly cross-functional role with strong visibility across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, influencing strategy, and building experiences that make life easier for operations and reliability teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for core capabilities of the SolarWinds Platform, such as Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs), including configuration, tracking, and reporting for enterprise users
  • Build and refine the unified health and risk scoring model that brings together metrics, logs, and traces into a simple, actionable view of system wellness
  • Partner closely with engineering, machine learning, and design teams to deliver AI-driven anomaly detection and predictive alerting capabilities
  • Represent the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) persona and translate industry best practices into intuitive, high-value product capabilities
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure product decisions are grounded in customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Measure success through feature adoption, lower alert noise, improved customer efficiency, and reduced Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of owning technical or platform products
  • Deep domain expertise in AIOps, event management, observability, SRE practices and related areas
  • Proven success working on products that use data science, machine learning, or statistical models for event correlation, anomaly detection, or predictive insights
  • Strong understanding of how metrics, logs, and traces are used to assess system health and drive automated workflows
  • Excellent product management fundamentals, including product strategy, prioritization, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build products that improve operational efficiency and help reduce customer incident response time

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

  • Enjoy working on technically complex products and can translate complexity into clear customer value
  • Have experience building for observability, incident management, reliability, or platform operations use cases
  • Bring strong ownership and are comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Know how to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, design, and GTM teams
  • Care deeply about the user experience and want to build products that are both powerful and easy to adopt
